Pros
Very easy to get hired. One free lunch each month. Can't think of other pros.
Cons
This is probably the worst place I've ever worked at. Management is very incompetent. Most supervisors can't even speak English. Horrific treatment of workers. People who work there for over 25 years told me that they get paid $9.25/hour. The work conditions are unsafe and unhealthy.
