      Pros

      That taking large steps to try and grow the company. Compensation seems average to area.

      Cons

      It was a great company to work for with prior owners. They kept it small but solid. New owners came in and dismissed or forced out everyone over 50. It was ugly. A lot of the "family" feel that made it a great place to work disappeared.

      It was an overall great company to work for before they were acquired.

      Cons

      When they were acquired they were quick to lay off people who helped build the company.
