Pros

Close to public transport Open to fresh graduates Friendly workmates

Cons

-Very dependent and obsessed on work culture activities. Sometimes you have use your weekends to do these activities. If you have any personal problems, chronic illnesses/health problems or responsibility outside of the office and don't fulfill their culture, you are not seen as a team player/good worker. -If you have good senior/leader, no problem but if you have problematic one, you will be stressed out. Because of the imbalance power dynamic, even if you complained there's no difference, unless the problem becomes bigger to the point it would harm the company's look & reputation. -They don't have a clear SOP and organization chart, no sense of boundaries when delegating tasks. There'll will be times you have conflicting opinions from senior and your boss when you are doing your job. -You will get a bonus for not taking any sick leaves. So people who can afford and access to healthcare reap the benefits. - They're also planning to use the workplace wellness method (commonly use in the US), if it's benign it would be fine and harmless but if it's involves into personal territories like calorie counting, weighing each staff members etc... it would create a hostile workplace environment. -If they say it's voluntary, it's mostly like not. They can't force you but it's frown upon if you don't participte. -The CEO has a motivational seminar/presentation style. If you it's your cup of tea, that would be fine. I'm not a big fan of bootstrap advice and vague blanket statements like all problems can be solve if you work hard and adjust your attitude, framing all problems due to personal moral failing rather than it could be systemic ? I talked to a senior, CEO keeps using the same talking points and videos like a broken record for motivation or mentoring sessions which is up to 2 hours or more if you attend the Awesome Summit. I don't think he would like anything you have to say that is different from his worldview/interests unless it benefits him in some way. He says he in an expert in marketing and loves psychology but it's very sterile and lack empathy or his version of empathy has a different meaning. He also likes to praise himself sometimes ?? Genuine good people don't usually go around telling how good they are, it's kind of defeat the purpose and meaning of being a good person if you keep convincing other people for it ? -High retention due favouritism and no future career development. A talented skillful staff work for years but no career advancement. They only promote "like-minded" people even though they bad to work with or not skillful, they like type who can peer pressure other people to get the results they want. Even if you work hard, you have to carry a lot of responsibility but no power or benefits with your work. -They have 7 core values but it's just lips service. They always use the word "trust" a lot to the point of losing all meaning. They expect trust a lot from you but it's a one sided relationship. -They have a lot meetings sometimes the discussion could have been just a memo.

Pros

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive, supportive, and rewarding workplace. The company provides an excellent working environment where employees are encouraged and given opportunities to grow professionally and personally. One of the standout qualities of the company is its strong employee engagement planning. Management consistently organizes exciting activities, staff appreciation events, training programs, and open communication sessions that help employees feel valued and motivated. These initiatives create a positive culture, strengthen teamwork, and improve collaboration across departments. The leadership team genuinely cares about employee well-being and career development, which makes the workplace both inspiring and enjoyable. Colleagues are friendly, cooperative, and always willing to support one another, creating a strong sense of belonging within the organization. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience working here, and I would confidently recommend my friends and others to join this company if they are looking for a workplace that truly values its people and promotes long-term growth and engagement.

Cons

I also believe the new leadership team and HR department are moving in a positive direction and have the potential to improve some of the rigid policies that were implemented previously. In the past, certain policies were difficult to understand, and clear explanations were not always provided. However, with the new management approach, there is hope for more transparency, better communication, and policies that are more practical and employee-friendly.
