Pros
1. Work life balance is not too bad, sometimes required to work during weekends but we do get to claim mileage and a replacement leave for it. 2. Work is not entirely too tough, easy to receive advice and guidance even if you're new. 3. Once a year we receive pretty good bonus, sometimes can go up to 3 months of salary paid as bonus. If you're upper management, you're lucky.
Cons
1. Salary is quite low. Even if you have degree, they will hire you only for diploma level position and you need to work very hard to get promoted. 2. It's very hard to get confirmation to become a permanent staff. Probation period for confirmation is 3 years. 3. Currently they're only hiring on contract basis. There will only be extensions/renewals of contracts and no confirmation as permanent staff for many many years.
