      - An arena for people with good people skills and analytical skills - Many things have no fixed ways or processes which means it's a ground of ideas, provided space and budget are given for such ideas. - Almost everybody goes home on the dot

      Cons

      - Chaos in Corporate backend support and operations support for projects, logistics and cash management. - so so benefits and no allowances for anything. - claims are always delayed for 2 - 3 months and amount can get quite big, causing stress to employees.

      No kpi, no increment no bonus Cut employees' benefit Keep restructuring, no clear direction or plan High staff turnover and no timely replacement Workload from resigned staffs redistributed to existing staff
