      Great benefits. Great coworkers. Offices set up appropriately.

      Cons

      Management needs training. Some are grandfathered in without obtaining the degree required and need to freshen up tremendously on their people skills and workplace etiquette.

      OT Available Not stressful, if you like to stick to one task all day long.

      Cons

      Work instructions are not clear cut What is taught in training is not followed on the floor. Can be very repetitive
