      Pros

      Good work/life balance with a lot of pto for salary members. Pretty decent insurance with on site free health clinic to all employees (not just insured) and their spouses/children. At salary level, pay is well worth it.

      Cons

      Very hard to advance within the company. Employee sentiment is very distrustful of the company at large. Many big changes that have impacted people negatively in recent years. Pay is well below industry standard for entry level.

      The people are great and the facilities are nice. Good perks.

      Lots of red tape and reduction in force every few months.

      Pros

      Team focused. Supports employee growth. Many training opportunities. Competitive pay. Provides shirts and safety shoes. Has an onsite cafeteria, gym, clinic, and daycare center.

      Cons

      Shop noise permeates many areas of the offices and the cafeteria. Banging, grinding, and screeching all day long. It's hard to get away from it. At least you're allowed to wear earbuds in some areas.
