Pros

I really enjoy working with this team. Bouncing of my work colleges, together we always find the answer.

Cons

More people should be following the 3-5 work fortnight, this does not affect me, but I do know others get there nose out of joint.

Thank you for your review. Its great to hear that you enjoy your teamies. The hybrid arrangement is very popular and a real draw card for new people. To balance the needs of individuals and the team requires open discussion and a commitment. Sounds like you might be able to help get the topic on the table :).

Pros

Pay was OK. Although you work overtime (beyond normal expectation) for it so perhapsthat cancels out.

Cons

I am amazed at the positive reviews on here, you only need to look at seek or google to see the satisfaction levels of Employees and Customers alike. Warning STAY AWAY from PICA, they treat staff like trash! Bullying and harassment are commonplace. Yelling at other staff over minor issues, excluding staff from team events - perfectly OK! Surprisingly, they have terrible staff retention, senior managers and other staff coming and going regularly. Who would have thought? Apparently, only management is able to contribute to innovation, development or strategy regardless of extensive personal experience. No voice for you! Do not even start me on their IT department. These guys are the most incompetent fools (Management) I have ever seen. Blatant mismanagement and sabotage of the IT systems, bringing them down to justify their own existence and poor strategic decisions. If you want the wild west of IT - look no further. The criticism could go on but I'll stop here. PICA is a company stuck in the past. Look elsewhere. You have been warned.

Pros

PICA is making significant investments in its technology and processes which will end up benefitting both staff and its customers.

Cons

The transition and changes which are taking place because of these investments have caused some disruption and at times frustrations for internal staff.
