Being a small organization you have the opportunity to work with many different departments and gain insights from all areas of the energy markets. All of the consultants and analysts are incredibly intelligent and willing to teach younger analysts. Amazing environment to learn in.

Some managers probably make for better analysts and consultants than actual managers. Salary is capped for younger analysts unless you put in the extra work that separates you from the pack. Growth opportunities are there, but you really need to shine to be able to seize upon them.
