Pros
Beautiful place to work at and as long you follow the rules, it is easy work.
Cons
The theory was beautiful although the everyday practice was different, now the even the idea is gone. If you did not belong to the boy's club wearing checkered shirts and a beard, good luck, they will put you down and harass you. As a result, people fend for themselves and do not stand up for others, fearing retaliation.
