Pros
- The quality of their work is fantastic - There's a dog at the office
Cons
- No flexible hours - Micro management of every minute of your day - Only 3 personnal days off per year - They say that employees are paid yearly. I seriously question that. If employees work more than their 35hrs, then that's fine. They get paid for what they're owed for 35hrs. But if they work 30 minutes less than 35hrs, it's deducted from their personnal days, and if they run out of personnal days, it's deducted from their pay. If you don't pay your employees for 30 minutes of overtime, you shouldn't penalize them for leaving 30 minutes ealier. Pick one, either you pay them by the hour, or yearly. Don't just take the benefits of both and disguise it as one. - The building is garbage. If there's any kind of liquid falling on the floor above the office, it goes though it and falls on us. Not very pratical in a room full of computers. I know that's not their fault, but they could move. - Not really any room for growth
