Pros
Very supportive team and very outgoing team. I felt like I had the flexibility to experiment and try new marketing strategies without much oversight, so it still felt very much like an early-stage company.
Cons
Unfortunately I still feel there is an underinvestment in the UK/EU market because perhaps it doesn't bring in as much revenue as the US market. There are more competitors here in Europe.
