Pros
Customers/reps are great, LOVED learning about the new products and market, some great and super knowledgeable frontline staff, the ability to participate in lots of industry training.
Cons
Communication from upper management to the store level staff is horrendous. Often time staff are given different or unclear directives depending on which district or regional manager you get, causing differences in store policy and regulations depending on which location you're at. They (regional/district managers) have a very reactive management style, and tend to leave things to the last minute to deal with or until they are actually broken to fix, even after repeated attempts by store managers to address the issues early before it becomes a problem or a safety risk. They also have a tendency to make promises to staff about hours/compensation that aren't actually followed through on. When internal concerns are brought to their attention, they are minimized and dismissed.
