Pros
Working at PLAYlive has allowed me to practice talking and keeping conversation along with sales. This is overall a fun job with a good community with fun and caring co-workers who I treat like family and a manager who dose his best to make it work for everyone the best they can
on some thing you get commission which is nice, typically a percent on memberships or tickets to events you sell or Birthday parties you book so if you have a lot of memberships it can add up every month
The job is fun and on slow days get paid to pretty much hangout with the community or play magic *still have to get up to help customers keep in mind*
the job is mostly good for building your resume
Cons
Some downsides however, this is not a job I would keep long term, being part-time is a mild hassle because the pay is minimum and its a fight for hours with corporate on average doing about 15-20 hours a week or less without covering for someone which I recommend doing if you can. Often over worked for the pay or underworked with hours has to be my biggest problem
from my experience most problems come from corporate often taking a long time to get done with paperwork, or fix small issues,
