      Pros

      Great people, great mission, new leadership is correcting some long standing problems and re-aligning company on new track

      Cons

      Politicaly, it's pretty toxic, but it's getting better. Also, not great pay, and some staff have a poor attitude on the company outlook

      Ambitious and idealistic, so plenty of opportunities to contribute creatively.

      Cons

      Ambitions are sometimes too high.
