Pros

Make your own hours, wear whatever you like. Your paycheck is completely dependent on how much you work and hustle.

Cons

Office buildings is terrible. Half the "managers" don't know what is going on most of the time and constantly give you bad instructions that are contradicted later. Everyone is in one big room so it's hard to concentrate when employees get loud.

Pros

If you like free coffee, soda, bagels on Wednesdays and treats on Fridays, you may like it here. If you want to work in your pajamas, you can do that too. If you want to witness grown adults doing nothing productive or playing Magic the Gathering all day, there is also that!

Cons

Most of the employees are high schoolers or college kids that they train to 3D model paid (very little and based on what you do) on contract. They sent American workers to Haiti to train people via a Catholic Church mission to do exactly what the American workers do. Not sure how much the Haitians are paid versus the American workers or if they are paid at all. Also, not sure if those trips were written off on taxes because they were done through a church mission. Was this exporting work to Haiti or was it charitable work to help Haitians? Who knows! Complete lax environment. NO Human Resources department exists. NEPOTISM BEWARE. One of the managers (hired due to nepotism) convinced the main boss to buy him a work laptop. This manager is criminally incompetent and uses said work laptop for personal gaming purposes. So much incompetence. Good people have left because of the nepotism, lack of pay and the continued effort to keep an incompetent manager that has often been described as a "cruise director." Projects come and go. Work and pay is inconsistent unless you are a manager.
