The company treats its employees exceedingly well

Sometimes the company has to do things because employees work alongside city employees so what is going on with the city affects the employees

Able to be a contractor operating out of city of Philadelphia departments but don’t have the restriction of the residence rule to work for the city. HR has always been helpful with the transition of working in another office.

You work for the city but not really, therefore you don’t get certain benefits like other city employees. But that is no fault of the company, just the way it is set up.
