Pros
Some independent franchises are well run and provide great service.
Cons
PMI out of Utah is a mess; it's only function is to institute new ways to tax franchises and provide ZERO value added. They have instituted 3 different software booking packages over 5 years...each one expensive and incompetent. Their "technology stack" is nothing but a poor performing taxation scheme.
