Pros

I have seen Powster evolving over the last four years. We have been consistently improving. They are an in an incredible position with all the learnings from remote working and now a hybrid work model. Powster has the most extensive client portfolio in the movie industry. I learned a lot. It was challenging at times, but also rewarding. What makes Powster different is that people care how you feel, they will drop everything off, listen to you and improve things. The development team is a bunch of the most talented individuals I've ever met. It is fun, a diverse bunch with hardly two similar characters. Due to the scale, the team handles the biggest challenges in modern engineering. If you are up for rapid growth - look no further. It was an honour to be part of it. The company looks after its people and makes the most of internal promotions. You will also never think twice about chatting with anyone, no matter your position. Everyone in Powster became my dear colleagues, and I will miss them a lot!

Cons

The studio works over three timezones. Senior positions require good time coordination

Pros

The team at Powster provided me with a very enriching and open environment that really pushed me to refine the skills that I had and learn a lot of new ones. They encouraged me to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn from them in every way possible. My managers were super welcoming, kind, and motivational!

Cons

Because of the pandemic, I wish I had gotten the opportunity to work in person and be able to interact and learn from everyone from the studio.
