The team at Powster provided me with a very enriching and open environment that really pushed me to refine the skills that I had and learn a lot of new ones. They encouraged me to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn from them in every way possible. My managers were super welcoming, kind, and motivational!

Because of the pandemic, I wish I had gotten the opportunity to work in person and be able to interact and learn from everyone from the studio.

Well structured codebase with strong leadership and phenomenal dev team. There are challenges with the intercontinental team distribution, but team is proactive in addressing those challenges. The company is quite flexible and constantly seeks new ways to innovate and grow. Lots of opportunity for working on different types of projects and growing as a dev.

Outdated tooling on front end. Currently dependent on industry that is potentially dwindling and susceptible to major disruption from covid. Pay raises are more difficult than they should be.
