Good environment to work with. positive working team. Strong executive team. Challenges that building character are met daily (for some one is pros for someone is con)
Cons
Way too dynamic. not a joke. i wish to explain it better but my opinion might change already ( That's what i am talking about ) its at the formation stages, so might be lot of changes ... daily .
