Pros

Couldn't find anything that can catch my eyes

Cons

1. The company seems to struggle with structure. People describe it as chaotic, with unclear priorities that change all the time. 2. Communication doesn’t flow well. Many employees say they find out about important news too late or through outside sources. 3. Leadership seems disconnected from reality and slow to react to actual problems. Some reviews even mention a "hire & fire" culture. 4. Career growth looks limited. There’s no clear path to move forward or develop inside the company. 5. A lot of people mention that there’s no real long-term vision or stability. It feels like the company is still trying to figure out where it’s heading. 6. After COVID, the team culture and processes reportedly got worse. People say it’s less collaborative and more stressful. 7. Growth has been fast, but it sounds like they didn’t build the internal structure to handle it properly.
