      Pros

      Excellent colleagues; lots of incredibly smart, fast-thinking people Diverse group of people with a global mindset and character Quickly maturing product stack Ability to influence change still remains regardless of rapid growth

      Cons

      Save for the CEO, C-Suite is rotating fairly often Options / Shares in the company have been "in the works" in some degree since I started >4 years ago CEO's 'bedside manner' leaves a lot to be desired

      Small team means lots of opportunity to make an impact and get exposure to senior leadership. Interesting global work.

      Communication between different functions can be poor.

      The people you work with are the best that's about it

      Cons

      Managers have no clue how to guide you do your work, layoffs happend every months (with no warnings), no flexibility to take time off or work from home. HR is not human at all. Everyone knows each other there, if you dont, dont expect any promotions
