      Very experienced and nice collegues, good working environment.

      Cons

      Since new CTO joined many things changed, he brought a bunch of new Principal engineers and managers, all of them started pushing for changes regardless of what in people plats or plans.

      The people you work with are the best that's about it

      Cons

      Managers have no clue how to guide you do your work, layoffs happend every months (with no warnings), no flexibility to take time off or work from home. HR is not human at all. Everyone knows each other there, if you dont, dont expect any promotions
