* No career-growth. * Low salary, heavy work Barden. * office time 9-5 but you need to work till 7. * In Ramadan, the office hour is 9-4 but only for this department (HW), you need to leave after IFTAR, * No personal life, only work life. * open desk, have to sit with others departments * sometime you will forget it is MIS or a garments due to heavy crowd. * No matter how much you work, how much you dedicate, you will never get appreciate. * And the appraisal...aahh! 3-5K max after 6 years. * Note: Never join MIS-HW, I repeat never evere!
