Pros

Great clients but only “on paper”

Cons

The London office is an absolute sham. Besides having an absolutely toxic environment, there is not enough staff for the workload and the team is composed of graduate students with little to no experience. There is no senior management, and the only team lead works remotely out of the Dubai offices. No growth opportunities or chances to learn and improve to develop professionally. It’s an absolute mystery how they’ve managed to retain the clients they have - and if most of them knew the actual state of the company they’d be ashamed to be represented by them. Don’t be fooled by their website and false promises — many have, then ended up watching the mirage fade and fall to pieces once they’ve joined. There is a constant revolving door of people leaving after extremely short stints. Even the doorman and other offices in the building are aware of the bad treatment and miserable environment (citing having to console crying employees regularly). Pay is lower than industry standard, and male employees are paid more than their female counterparts for the same role.

Pros

Excellent clients Some good team members - but they don't stick around long!!!

Cons

Where to begin! Literally everything else. I've never worked in such a toxic, top heavy environment. The culture is suffocating — driven by fear, micromanagement, and zero trust in employees. Management is not only poor and inappropriate, but also entirely disorganised, and consistently inconsistent. It’s like they make the rules up as they go along, then penalise you for not reading their minds. The workload is outrageous, with unrealistic expectations and no regard for mental health or personal time. Work-life balance is practically non-existent. You are also promised lots of opportunities to travel, however senior management will nab all the trips for themselves. Staff turnover is through the roof, and it's glaringly obvious why. No one wants to stay in a place where they're undervalued, overworked, and underpaid. The salaries are also embarrassingly low. Other agencies offer far more competitive pay for the exact same roles, with significantly better conditions. They also offer next to no flexibility with remote working or working from home when it is very much the norm in this industry now a days. If you're considering applying, don't. There are far better, healthier, and more respectful agencies to work.
