Pros

Free breakfast at soho house works

Cons

The management based in Dubai is borderline sociopathic - they created such a toxic environment in my less then 6 month employment 5 (out of 6) staff members left - it was such a shame because the team (not management) were a great group of hard working people with a lot of talent to offer, however, all had too much respect for themselves to be belittled and harassed by the powers that be so left, have since kept in touch and have turns out 4 more have left since January this year !!!! Oh and the pay is awful, can’t afford the tube to work let alone your rent on it

Pros

Excellent clients Some good team members - but they don't stick around long!!!

Cons

Where to begin! Literally everything else. I've never worked in such a toxic, top heavy environment. The culture is suffocating — driven by fear, micromanagement, and zero trust in employees. Management is not only poor and inappropriate, but also entirely disorganised, and consistently inconsistent. It’s like they make the rules up as they go along, then penalise you for not reading their minds. The workload is outrageous, with unrealistic expectations and no regard for mental health or personal time. Work-life balance is practically non-existent. You are also promised lots of opportunities to travel, however senior management will nab all the trips for themselves. Staff turnover is through the roof, and it's glaringly obvious why. No one wants to stay in a place where they're undervalued, overworked, and underpaid. The salaries are also embarrassingly low. Other agencies offer far more competitive pay for the exact same roles, with significantly better conditions. They also offer next to no flexibility with remote working or working from home when it is very much the norm in this industry now a days. If you're considering applying, don't. There are far better, healthier, and more respectful agencies to work.
