You will get paid on time. That’s the only positive thing. And the office manager is amazing.
Cons
PRES is stuck in the 1990s where your manager will micromanage you, there are no procedures and policies, and you will not be treated equal as a female. There is no experience in upper management to properly run a management company. They expect you to be a desk jockey from 8-5:30 no matter the circumstances. They run their properties practically negligent and there are no procedures to cross check compliance. No consistent staffing in years - 4 people quit in my tenure and two did not return phone calls after their interviews…. Don’t waste your time.
