A humble workplace Management is patient even when you are not performing well No unnecessary politics and work culture is stress free They currently have a small team so there is a lot to learn for each employee The management including the CEO is open to discussions and everyone listens to your grievances without judgement
Cons
HR is not very active and does not involve much especially with remote branches like Delhi, Mumbai etc. (The office is headquartered in Bangalore) Not much focus to Digital PR, yet. You may become too comfortable in your job as it may stop being challenging after some point. Management will try to build on too much pressure for print coverage as digital PR is yet to come in. They have a separate content and digital team which directly handles those services. This means that the PR executives are not able to upgrade their skills in digital PR and marketing.
