      Pros

      The working hours are good. For that kind of job the salary was not bad. Big and well known media group.

      Cons

      Bad working environment. They don't like people with ambitions. They don't respect the managers and just keep doing things as they wish. Not possibility of growth neither professional nor personal. Complaining and taking breaks is the corporate sport over there.

      Don’t waste your time working here - terrible culture, management, everyone is so rude starting with the HR. This company has zero innovation.

      Pros

      Supposedly the largest Spanish media conglomerate. Has huge ambitions in LATAM. Digital department is started recently to target LATAM countries.

      Cons

      PRISA Digital is going downhill. They act as if they have capital but no. The company is in deep troubles. Pple are laid off and fired. Management pple are playing politics how to stay alive by firing the others.
