Pros

There is nothing good to share about. As long as you are stuck to your systems and work your butt off, and if you dont care about the environment, then you can work here. Lol !! Sorry, even then you cannot work here.

Cons

Here we go! 1. New rules everyday, I guess they have a Sick Rule Book 2. No professional environment, work timings 9am till 7pm. Incase you come late , you will be questioned. Nobody cares if you ever work for extra hours. I mean who the hell on earth can handle this. 3. Neither good facilities for employee nor job guarantee 4. Very Less Pay, infact they pay on 8th of every month some times even more delayed. Poor HR policies - or you can say no HR policies 5. Worst part - A troupe of loosers, so called "Managers" handling the company since years, haven't achieved anything apart from heating up the chairs. 6. No decent Hikes. Even if you approach for hikes, you will end up signing a bond. Yes, crazy policies. 7. Unrealistic expectations from employees. Career growth Zero. 8. Some of the Postitive Reveiws are written by the company, so dont be driven by those reviews. 9. Lots and lots more. People who read this - please take my advice and stay away from joining Provab. Look else where. Dont get trapped here. 10. Last but not the the least, easy to get into this company but difficult to move out of here. Trust me!

Pros

The only positive was leaving the company.

Cons

No timely salary – Salaries were frequently delayed without clear communication. No respect for employees – Management often shouted at employees, both on calls and in the office, creating a humiliating environment. Zero work-life balance – Employees were expected to work late nights and weekends without extra pay or consideration. Toxic management behavior – Managers used shouting as a regular mode of communication, including in front of other team members. No sick leave or empathy – Even when unwell, we were expected to work. Leave requests were denied or ignored, and salary was deducted without proper explanation. Fake leave policy – Though 1 PL per month was mentioned, approvals were rarely granted. Any leave request led to blame and shouting about pending work. Public humiliation – Managers often mentioned salary in front of others, making it an uncomfortable and disrespectful environment. Mentally draining environment – Constant pressure, lack of appreciation, and no HR support contributed to mental harassment and stress.
