We care about everyone who works at the company and even follow up with former employees and consultants, at future times just to see how they are doing. We want everyone to excel. We are genuinely sorry that this person felt so unhappy. It was never our intention. We have adapted since this review was posted, and also felt it important to say that it is unfortunate that any former employee would choose to say such awful and hurtful personal opinions about another person, and seek to do so through the words on this page in this forum. We are happy to take this conversation offline and talk to this reviewer and do sincerely hope that this person did eventually find a home in a career that they could excel in and be successful. We also understand that the days of staying at one company for an entire career is unusual and that many first and second positions on someone's career ladder are steppingstones and springboards. In 20 years of being in business, we have lots of people who have taken what they have learned here and applied it to be incredibly successful. It is when they get to their next position when they realized how much they learned and how much it benefited them at their next company. We also hope that any candidate moving forward would be confident enough to apply for a position and give us a chance, and address any reviews or concerns this person may have, in the interview process to make their own decision. We are happy to always answer any questions about any of the reviews, at any time. and hope that we are asked.
