Pros
I worked for PRx for several years while in college. I started as an intern for a semester and was offered a full time position as receptionist once my internship concluded. I loved working as a receptionist and slowly worked my way up to assistant account manager and eventually working side by side assisting the CEO, Brenna. It was a hard job trying to keep up with her, she has more energy than most people I know. It forced me however, to learn how to multi task like a ninja, keep track of multiple contacts and tons of to-do’s, all the while helping to manage events and PR releases. Through Brenna, I met many high ranking people throughout Silicon Valley, from council members to CEOs of fortune 500 companies. Her ability to network and connect people that don’t know they should be or need to be connected, is a gift. What I learned from her in the years I worked at PRx has stuck with me and shaped the person I am today. I can’t thank Brenna enough for the skills she helped me develop and lessons I was able to learn by being by her side throughout countless events and daily conversations. And to this day, Brenna continues to stay in contact with me and include me in events or conversations where she feels connections should be made. If you aren’t up for challenging yourself and being immersed in a fast paced business environment, you should look elsewhere. Otherwise, working at PRx will push, challenge and reward you for years to come! Highly recommended!
