      Pros

      Only for the base salary that is market-rate. Nothing else tbh. The so called allowance you'll hardly need it.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Verabl abuse by the managers. Managers will literally call you names and shout across the restaurant abusing you for speaking out for yourself Call your retarded and all. HR will not help you even when you sought help about the abuse. Shop closed down in less than a year after I joined

      1. Very low percentage to climb to management role from management trainee. 2. Managers often overworked. 3. Manpower is always an issue, even customers complained about it.
