Lack of humanity - Software Engineer PSiDEO Employee Review

Engineer mentality in the company. Good getting along various colleagues. The premises are modern and nice. Those are the aspects that are okay.

Very negative feeling throughout the company, all caused by the micromanagement by the CEO. The company image is badly hurt as a whole by his management style.

Nice building and free drinks/chocolate for employees. Free parking too. Decent salaries but very dependent on the bonus.

No training or company's information at all at the beginning. No communication to employees. Management staff rude and sometimes disrespectful. Expect long work hours that of course are not compensated ( on your first day they will make it know cristal clear that you should lie in the official electronic record of working hours that they should have for the labor inspector).
