Pros
Nothing, except monthly salary, which is actually a very basic thing to receive.
Cons
- Unappreciative management, they can only focused on pleasing supervisors but not performing. - Highly toxic and gossipy work environment, with cliques and exclusion. - Pressure to conform to expensive social habits, leading to ostracization. - Pervasive favoritism and discrediting of individual work. I had an experience when there was a person who does not even know about the project, but since the supervisor likes her very much, the supervisor discredited my achievement, instead the supervisor said it was all because of her hard work (even though she does not even work on it, not even a little bit.) - Poor communication, unclear task assignments, and victim-blaming. - Micromanagement and unrealistic, unfunded expectations. - ALWAYS UNPAID overtime and weekend work, hindering work-life balance. - Nosy and disruptive office environment. - Lack of flexibility and undervaluation of non-"group" employees. - Overwhelming workload (3 roles for one person) and difficulty in promotion. - Below-market salary. - Risk of being used for projects and then unfairly dismissed without proper severance. - Lack of company activities, leading to a boring work experience. - Gossipy HR department and bullying of new/lower-level employees. - Discouragement of friendships with lower-level colleagues. - They have a group where there are the "favorites" of marketing department. If you rejected their invitation to eat at an expensive restaurant, they will exclude you from the "group" and they will make your days hard in the company (including: bullying, lay off, etc).
