Pros
Nothing compared to any other corporate PT job.
Cons
Where do I start? -They will over work/book you. Hello Burnout, my old friend. -They will heavily encourage you to take your work home with you. One of the worst 401k's match in the industry. -No raises in almost 2 years -New hospital regulations imposed drug screens and shaving off facial hair to fit N95 which were never utilized. Having to follow hospital regulations within an outpatient clinic is very obstructive and difficult to follow. -New hospital billing regs imposed on us had patients receive their bills months later coming from the hospital, Sometimes for over $1k for the first visit alone. In my opinion, the region was struggling BAD, So lay offs make sense. However, they terminated me instead because MY numbers were too low saying I couldn't hit the minimum KPI's (key performance indicators). This is while I've been working and traveling between 3 different offices throughout the region, I would treat part time in each office, making my job significantly more challenging. Not a single meeting with HR before being terminated. To add insult, they gave me no severance. -To add injury, they are refusing to pay out my accrued PTO, which equates to over $1k of theft in my eyes. Just plain mean, wrong, unethical and sinister. -oh, and no holiday parties, no spirit weeks, no team building whatsoever, GET TO WORK,
