      Great peers who are experts in specific voice related technologies Good at implementing on premise voice based solutions

      Companies likes to hire talent at a big discount to the market No connection between vision and ability to execute Not good at sharing/implementing ideas No alliances that are meanigful Trying to be all things to all people No vision about cloud SaaS and how omni-channel is impacted by this Not good at sharing customer success stories and business outcomes Weak benefits
