this company have a healthy work environment - Agronomist PTPN Employee Review

I've worked for alot of companies and even for the county of L.A. over my lifetime. Reflecting backwards, I would have to say that this company has a great respect for the working conditions of all employees, because it is a very-well organized and structured company.

I would have to say that internal "cliques" can separate a team or department. Employees who have been around for years appear to create their own rules because they obviously feel secure in the jobs, but it is not impressive for the newer employees under 3-5 years and this can create tension among the departments.
