Accommodation was close by. The location is nice. Red Lake is a sweet little town. Most employees are great and genuine, very much enjoyed working with them. Pay was average. Turnaround making improvements - finally some good management. Ore body is good. Portal rather than a shaft mine. Diverse workforce - great to see.

HR are a disaster. Management were often not on site, it is a Monday - Thursday Mine (this is changing). Disorganized. Safety was poor at times, - it is improving significantly. Training limited.

Great small mill to work in. Great people to work with in the mill

Company went under. Underground department was lacking.
