Pros
PURE is lucky to have a fabulous management team. Incredibly sharp and focused on both short and long-term priorities. Additionally, the emphasis on empathy and alignment of interest has differentiated it from the stock holder competitors in the space.
Cons
While focusing on college hiring allows for culture shaping and youthful exuberance, it also allows for certain instances of unnecessary turnover and individuals who may be a bit "green" in comparison to competitors. This is a catch-22 where PURE can have internal folks rise while also likely paying a salary lower than market-rate.
