Pros
As a Facility Coordinator, work life balance is not bad. A straight 40 hour work week with no responsibility from home. I do think this company has made significant changes and has a vision of what they want to become but I think they are much further from that goal then they realize.
Cons
The company treats their employees the same way they do the subcontractors they hire. They try to get as much out of their employees for as little pay as possible. They go after highly qualified candidates promising strong opportunity after a year or more. I was not given any significant compensation increase in 18 months and those that were given promotions/raises were not significant. If you do get promoted expect a 50% increase in workload and responsibility with a 10% increase in compensation. It's a joke. I left for a 20% increase, and have already been offered another 20% increase with another company. Other companies value me at a much higher level and it is a great feeling to be appreciated and compensated fairly. In my opinion this company is a long way from giving anyone outside of the family any real money.
