When I joined PWI in April of 2016, I worked in our Florida location. After a few months, the directors in the company offered me a position in the Texas office where I could continue to learn and grow within the company. Since then, I have been given many opportunities to expand my knowledge of construction and estimating, by learning from an advanced team of professionals who are excited to train the next generation. With how fast-paced the industry is, it is hard to find companies who truly care about their people and their culture so I consider myself lucky to be a member of the PWI family.
Cons
PWI Construction is a company full of free thinkers and self-driven individuals. It can be hard for some people who lack initiative to feel led, as there are not many management personnel in our ranks that delegate each task, but rather, they trust their team to know what must be done and when it should be done.
