      * you can choose most of the OS technologies that you want to * K8s CI/CD * No pressure

      Cons

      * Very slow machines for developers (5 years old laptop with i5, 16 gb ram and 256 ssd, lots of bloatware that you cannot remove) * Hard to receive promotions

      Pros

      It is state-owned company so you always have your paycheck on time, if you have family you have some benefits. Strict rules, but easy to follow. Big company but people know each other.

      Cons

      Everything is slow, paperwork take time to go through HR and higher ups. Very conservative way of doing things but they are upgrading some things.
