      Pros

      Nice people Pretty normal hours with some overtime

      Cons

      Completely unorganized Try to get too many big projects done at once but don’t plan out the time to get them done accordingly You will get yelled at if you are a lead role You will be underpaid and have multiple roles The turnover rate is extremely high. Went through about 10 people in 6 months. There is no real advancement no matter what they tell you.

      Got off early on fridays.

      Cons

      All over the place. Turnover rate is high They will say anything to get you to work for them and then you won’t get it No chance of cross training
