      - Mission driven organization with a core value of being "Climate First" - Super nimble; able to pivot strategy on a dime - Endless opportunities to learn new things in the renewables space - Tons of autonomy in day-to-day work - No day looks exactly the same as the last - Collaborative environment with *really* smart and kind people - Responsive leadership team - Great company culture with dog-friendly office, regular happy hours, annual offsite, and other team activities

      - Typical Series A start-up challenges re: finding product market fit - Renewables landscape is tricky to navigate with the current administration

      - Climate mission driven leadership - Does amazing and genuinely impactful work on the world - The team here is just the best <3

      Cons

      - First time startup leaders, while culture is really well put together today and the team is very mission focused, I do fear that we could see that crash as the company scales

      Pros

      - people actually smile in the office - climate mission focused (also have the freedom to bring things up if you think this value is not being upheld) - software roles are data eng / fullstack / devops. - pretty product focused role, have autonomy at work, good collaboration culture

      Cons

      - if you're looking for a deeptech startup with a focus on optimization and incredible technical depth, this is not the place, since you function more so as a product engineer (not a pro or con really, just an outcome of the product we are building which has technical depth but isn't really complicated compared to let's say something like a database startup or a complicated distributed system, etc.)
