Guess what...not a single pros...

I at least need a 10, 000 page book for this, to write the complete cons. I don't know why my last review is not published, maybe because the admin thought I am exaggerating it. I can guarantee you that not a single word said against Pacific Controls is manipulated, but all the positive reviews are. What would you say about a company which asks their employees to clear out the accommodation overnight without any prior notice, you will not be able find any in the world. That's because you missed Pacific Controls. The only company in Dubai which promise quality accommodation and give cheap labour camp accommodation for engineers that a normal labour can't bare. They doesn't consider their employees as humans but like machines/slaves who doesn't have any rights or values.

Pros

This company is a good company to start your career at and provides many opportunities to learn about newer technologies.

Cons

Some work needs to be done on the software side and also local managers seem to have little if any ability to make decisions related to the business.

Pros

New field so growth in industry is unlimited. Innovative thinking at C-level.

manager does not understand my job and doesn't take interest in learning about the technicalities involved in performing job. Managers try to reinvent the wheel every couple of months. Do not make use of employees full potential. Recommendations and ideas are instantaneously shot down because (1) managers do not comprehend ideas due to lack of experience (2) poor communication with HQ. Promises made at time of hiring are quickly forgotten and approaching upper management in not only frowned upon but can be reprimandable. Lack annual performance review for managers leads to key management positions occupied by under qualified professionals. Pay grade is abysmal. No HR department, the HR department are a bunch of admin employees that aren't trained to handle anything related to HR.
