The struggle to maintain the number of hours that works best for an instructor is a constant one. A single-subject instructor will have just a few hours, while a Math/Science/Humanities instructor will have as many as they want. Because students are coming to us for just one or two classes (typically), our enrollment isn't consistent enough for full-time teachers (since we're not a full time school).
