- Low base salary - Very bad increment (even on good years) - No recognition - Slow progression - Micromanaging culture - HR over monitoring staff - Bad CEO. Town hall is useless. Never listens to staff feedback totally no change or improvements done - Most managers are not good. Some teams are lucky. Most are not.
