Pros

Original team members are genuine and very caring.

Cons

New leadership is extremely difficult to work with. Terrible management skills and lack of personality. Changing the culture of Pacify tremendously. Worst environment I’ve ever worked in. Zero job security. Business model and direction changing constantly. President runs the company with no previous experience as President and is it only for herself, has no ability to truly lead a team, much less company.

Pros

This is a team of people that genuinely cares for one another and the mission of supporting women and families through one of the most life changing and challenging seasons of their life. People are genuine and willing to help each other out without complaint. Although it is an environment focused on growth where the "how" might change in terms of the path to achieve goals, the company objectives are clear and consistent.

Cons

Might not be the perfect fit for people looking for a black and white work environment where there are playbooks and defined processes for everything.

Pros

Pay, benefits and nothing else

Cons

My employment with Pacify lasted only a few days, and the onboarding process was extremely disorganized from the start. Despite my start date being confirmed, I never received login credentials, a temporary password, email setup instructions, or access to internal systems. My work laptop was shipped and then returned without any notice or tracking information, leaving me without equipment and unable to communicate. The only onboarding I received was a single HR session sent to my personal email. No additional meetings, materials, or instructions were provided. Because I had no access to my Pacify email or calendar, I could not view or accept any internal invitations. Instead of addressing these access issues, the company unexpectedly terminated my employment, attributing it to “lack of communication,” even though I had no functioning channels to communicate through. This experience was deeply disappointing. I strongly advise candidates to ask detailed questions about onboarding and system access before accepting an offer.
